Forward Bulkhead and Landing gear actuators.

Things are coming together quite nice. Here we are at about the 5 hour mark with only a couple of small issues. The gear leg actuator limit microswitches do not match the prescribed drill and tap locations. I got ahead of myself and measured, drilled and tapped their respective locations without handling the switches. I contacted Progressive Aerodyne and they have switches with mounting plates (not supplied for some reason) and I would have to buy the set at 400.00 assembled as they do not have them separately. The limit switches are purely input devices and although it would be nice to have them on an eccentric for adjustment some careful measurement and re-location of the holes will suffice for a permanent mounting location. It has been suggested by a very experienced builder the plates are not needed, a small adjustment to the switch tang is all I will need to make if at all. I am happy with that.

Here is the switch vs my drilled holes off about 1/4". A good learning experience early in the build. I will be handling and inspecting ALL parts before drilling and tapping anything...

And that is one of the glorious thing about Cleco's. A temporary rivet to make sure everything is true before final riveting. Rivets can be drilled out but there is some risk and time involved.
