I need to find some time throughout the week to dedicate to posts. I have been home for for a week and a half as of today and have started building after some re-organizing of the inventory.
I decided to move all parts excluding most hardware into totes based on the section of aircraft. I went to grab the forward bulkhead tube and some channel clamps to get started and couldn't find all the parts. Sifting through the bags was a pain in butt so I started a spreadsheet and entered all the aircraft pieces. Sound's like a big chore but it was a nice relaxing way to spend the day with my dog and a few beers. Now when I need a part I just have to open the spreadsheet, hit CTRL-F, enter the part number and I will see: 5334-016 Channel bracket (Square U shape,l 2"X1 3/4) BIN SR002. I entered a brief physical interpretation on each part so I am not looking for something 3 feet long that is actually 3 inches long.

There are a ton of parts that look very similar. Aluminum square tubing, channel, bracket and spacers etc. This should make things a little smoother!
Getting started on the bulkhead last weekend was a milestone. Things slide together as smoothly as the hands of time pass on the clock throughout the day. I can't help but periodically wonder if I can actually complete this project and remind myself that I am already enroute, nothing to stop me but my health and my interest.

So here is the forward bulkhead square tube with some pieces attached, one small project of 1000 lol. No hiccups here, had a few coming up...
